This workshop is designed to help men better understand and manage how stress, pressure, and emotions show up in real life through interactive activities, guided discussion, and practical skill-building exercises. Featuring a live panel to create a space for honest dialogue around lived experiences, followed by exercises and real-time applications that support emotional awareness, stress management, and healthier responses to everyday challenges.
You’ll leave with strengths-based tools for emotional regulation, communication, and self-awareness, along with practical life management skills that support better decision-making, stronger relationships, and personal stability.
This is a hands-on space for honest conversation, practical insight, and learning how to handle real-life stress in a more grounded and effective way.
